What we collect
We collect your email address to identify you at an event. When you upload a selfie, we extract a 512-number biometric embedding for face matching. The original selfie is discarded immediately after processing and never stored.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) given during event registration. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Retention
Biometric embeddings are stored for a maximum of 30 days after the event closes, then permanently deleted. Event photos remain the property of the photographer.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact the photographer who organised your event.
