Service description
Snaplete is a photo-matching platform that allows event attendees to find photos of themselves taken at an event. Photographers upload event photos; attendees upload a selfie which is used solely for matching purposes.
Attendee obligations
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. You may only upload a selfie of yourself. Uploading photos of other people without their consent is prohibited.
Photographer obligations
Photographers are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions to photograph event attendees and for complying with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction.
Intellectual property
Event photos remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Snaplete is licensed to process and display these photos solely for the purpose of face matching and album delivery.
Limitation of liability
Snaplete is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding matching accuracy. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
